	Richard Conley Principal reconley@ccboe.com Mr. Conley was appointed by the Board of Education to serve as the first principal of St. Charles High School in 2013. His career in education began at Westlake High School in 2003 where he served as a Spanish teacher. From 2003 to 2007, Conley worked as a classroom teacher, student council sponsor and administrative assistant at Westlake. In 2008, he was named a vice principal at Henry E. Lackey High School. Conley has a bachelor’s degree in foreign language education and government and politics from the University of Maryland College Park. He also has a master’s degree in educational administration from McDaniel College.
